    • Note the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf of the Governing Body and The Trust;

    • Give authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement between Leeds City Council, the Governing Body of Bramhope Primary School and The Collaborative Learning Trust to be executed and completed to enable Bramhope Primary School to open as an Academy.
