Purpose:

It has been identified that there are significant refurbishment works to be undertaken at Terry Yorath House such as replacing the boiler plant.  It was agreed by DLT that a capital scheme would be established and the works would be carried out during 2018 to 2020. 

The value of the scheme is £270,000.

Decision:

The Director of Adults and Health gave approval to establish a capital expenditure scheme of up to £270,000 to be spread over two financial years 18/19 and 19/20 to refurbish TYH.

 

The Director of Adults and Health granted approval for the injection of £270,000 into the Capital Programme to be funded from the application of monies from the Adult Social Care Capital Grant Provision.

 

The Director of Adults and Health noted - The Adult Commissioning Manager will be responsible for implementing this decision along with colleagues from City Development.
