    That following consultation with the relevant Group Whip, the following Councillor be appointed to a vacancy on the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Transport Committee for the period upto the Annual Council Meeting on 22nd May 2019:

    • Councillor Garthwaite be appointed to replace Councillor Lyons on
    the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Transport Committee.
