The Deputy Director – Learning agreed to
waive contract procedure rules 8.1 and 8.2 to award a contract,
without competition, to North Yorkshire County Council for delivery
of Learning Improvement Advice consultancy. The contract will
commence on 11th March 2019 and will be for a period of 21 weeks;
therefore expiring on 31st July 2019. The maximum value of this
call off contract will be £44,720.
