    Purpose:

    The Council’s current contract for its purchase card provider expires on 18th August 2020. The council is now in the process of re-tendering for a new contract and expects to award the new contract ahead of implementation on the above date.

    Decision:

    The Director of Resources and Housing approved the award of a contract for the provision of an e-Purchase card solution for the Council to the Lloyds Banking Group effective from 19th August 2020 for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
