The Chief Officer (Highways & Transportation): 

i)  noted the contents of this report; and

ii)  gave Approval to Spend for £600,000 inclusive of all works costs, fees and legal costs, which will be fully funded from the Local Transport Plan Transport Policy Capital Programme.
