Purpose:
To undertake an external procurement in accordance with CPR 3.1.6 to provide contractor resources to support the delivery of Housing Painting and Decorating works to occupied and unoccupied properties. The contract will be for a 12 month period with no option to extend. We will be looking to award the contract to 1 contractor.
Decision:
The Director of Resources and Housing approved, in line with Contract Procedure Rule 3.1.6, a competitive tender process to procure and award a contract to one contractor for the provision of painting and decorating to occupied and unoccupied housing properties. The contract is for a term of one year, with an estimated contract value of £600,000.
