Decision details

The decision has been taken from Leeds CCG to fund LCC Resettlement programme for 2 years which will enable them to create a full time post to work with families on resettlement who have disabilities and specific needs. The funding will also enable the resettlement team to provide funds for activities such as gym memberships, Zumba, which will assist with family ‘wellbeing’. Part of the funding is to match fund along with LCC the Childrens & Families Wellbeing project (this is part of SOLACE who provide councelling) for a further year.
