    Purpose:

    It was discovered by audit that the approval to spend the DFG for the year 2020/21 was overlooked due to pressures caused by the pandemic crisis that developed in March 2020

     

    Accordingly, a decision was made to incorporate the retrospective approval for 2020/21 with the report to approve this year’s budget spend (2021/22)

    The Director of Communities, Housing and Environments agreed the DFG budget spend for 2021/22 and noted the spend of the year 2020/21
