Decision:

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the making of a Public Path Diversion Order under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the diversion of part of Leeds Footpath No. 114, an unrecorded footpath and an claimed bridleway and;

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the City Solicitor to entre into a Public Path Creation Agreement with the land owner to create public bridleways along a disused railway line between Wood Lane, East Leeds Orbital Road and Barwick Road/ Leeds Road, Stanks and part of Wood Lane and;

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the making of a PPCO under the Highways Act 1980 to upgrade the rest of Wood Lane from Footpath to Bridleway and;

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the making of a Public Path Extinguishment Order under the Highways Act 1980 for part of Barwick Footpath No. 47
