Purpose:

The contract with Leeds Women’s Aid, lead organisation working in partnership with Behind Closed Doors and Women’s Health Matters to deliver the Leeds Domestic Violence Service is due to expire on 31st March 2022. The decision concerns an extension of the contract, which contains provision for extending for up to 36 months

Decision:

The Director of Communities, Housing & Environment has approved an extension of three years to the existing contract with Leeds Women’s Aid for the Leeds Domestic Violence Service, with effect from 1st April 2022 and to the value of £885,898 per annum; a total of £2,657,694 over the three year extension period.
