Purpose:
Approval needed to undertake a competitive procurement to appoint Tool Purchase supplier(s) to support LBS with delivery of works across domestic and civic properties. The contract will be for 4 years with the option to extend for a further 4 X12 month periods.
Decision:
The Director of Resources approved, in line with Contract Procedure rule 3.1.7, a competitive procurement strategy to procure a contract through restricted procurement process for the purchase of tools for Leeds Building Services, for a period of 4 years with an option to extend annually for up to 4 years with an estimated value of £120,000 per annum. If all annual extension options are taken, the total estimated value of the contract is £960,000.
