Purpose:

Subject to delegated responsibility being granted by Executive Board, the Director of Children and Families is required to approve the implementation of plans for Earned Autonomy, including new staffing structures and commissioning spending.

Decision:

The Director of Children & Families approved the plans for implementation set out in the attached report including the plans for investment and commissioning and the development of the Earned Autonomy plans.
