    The Director of Resources and Housing gave authority to spend £466,034 from existing budget provision (Capital Scheme no. 16256). The spend is to deliver refurbishment works at Seacroft Ring Road Depot to enable Resources and Housing staff to relocate from Navigation House and the property to be handed back to the landlord on the 31 March 2020.
