design and business case to enable a further submission for FDGiA
funding and, subject to viability and affordability, to implement a
flood alleviation scheme at Farnley Wood Beck at an estimated total
cost of £450,000.
b) Gave authority to drawdown the £300,000 Section 106
contribution to fund the delivery of this scheme.
