a)  Amendments to the Officer Delegation Scheme (Executive Functions)

It was moved by Councillor Wakefield, seconded by Councillor Gruen and

RESOLVED – That the report of the Chief Executive on amendments to the Officer Delegation Scheme (Executive Functions) and other consequential amendments to the Constitution, as detailed in the report, be noted.

b)  Leeds Award

It was moved by Councillor Wakefield, seconded by Councillor Gruen, and

RESOLVED – That the nomination for the receipt of the Leeds Award be approved, and that the Lord Mayor be requested to undertake an appropriate ceremony.
