The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation);
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Yard & Coop for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at Merrion Street,
Leeds, as shown on the attached drawing numbered 1221-18, to expire
on the 31 March 2020 and that future licences be renewed annually,
subject to satisfactory operation, and with approval from The Chief
Officer Highways and Transportation.
