The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation);
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Crowd of Favours for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at Harper Street,
Leeds, from 12 NOON to 9pm as shown on the attached drawing
numbered 3443-L01, to expire on the 31 March 2020 and that future
licences be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory operation,
and with approval from The Chief Officer Highways and
Transportation.
