The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation):
1) noted the contents of the report; and
2) approved the application from LIV Bar, for a licence to operate
a street café on the highway at Merrion Street, Leeds, As
part of the Merrion Street East Zone from 12 NOON to 12 MIDNIGHT as
shown on the attached drawing Unnumbered, to expire on the 31 March
2020 and that future licences be renewed annually, subject to
satisfactory operation, and with approval from the Chief Officer
Highways and Transportation.
