The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation)
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application from Starbucks, for a licence to
operate a street café on the highway at Merrion Way, from
6.30am to 10.00pm as shown on the attached unnumbered drawing, to
expire on the 31st March 2020 and that future licences be renewed
annually, subject to satisfactory operation, and with the approval
from The Chief Officer Highways and Transportation.
