The Director of City Development approved the
decision to enter into a Development Agreement with a consortia
made up of Ashley House Ltd/Morgan Ashley LLP and Home Group Ltd to
build 63 extra care individual apartments with communal facilities
at Westerton Walk, West Ardsley.
