The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation);
i) noted the contents of this report; and
ii) considered and over-ruled the objection to Leeds City Council
(Speed Limit) (No.04) Order 2019 – Morley South 20mph speed
limit; and
iii) requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds
City Council (Speed Limit) (No.04) Order 2019 – Morley South
20mph speed limit; and
iv) requested the City Solicitor to write to the objector informing
them of the Chief Officer’s (Highways and Transportation)
decision.
