The Chief Officer (Sustainable Energy and Air
Quality) is noted the contents of this report and:
• Approved the commencement of competitive tender process of a
maximum of £135k, which will lead to the appointment of an
organisation to undertake a council tax and business rates
feasibility and design study covering Barnsley, Hull, and
Leeds;
• Approved the evaluation criteria to be used within the
tender process
