The Director of City Development and Chief
Officer (Financial Services)have given their approval to the
leasing of the former Polestar building at Whitehall Road to
develop a film and TV studio on the terms set out in the report and
provide authority to spend from Capital Scheme Number 33054/TVF/000
to fund the Council’s loan to Versa (Whitehall Road) Limited
and SDLT detailed in the accompanying confidential appendix
