The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation)
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) considered and over-ruled the objections to Leeds City Council
(Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restriction) (No.4) Order (Little
London & Woodhouse) 2019;
iii) requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds
City Council (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restriction) (No.4)
Order (Little London & Woodhouse) 2019; and
iv) requested the City Solicitor to write to the objectors
informing them of the Chief Officer’s (Highways and
Transportation) decision.
