a) The Director of Adults and Health approved
the waiver of CPRs 8.1 (requirement of competition) and 8.2
(invitation of a minimum of three written tenders), using the
authority set out in CPR 1.3, to award a contract to National
Development Team for Inclusion for a period of 2 years to enable
Leeds City Council to participate in the ‘Art of
Commissioning’ programme.
b) The Director of Adults and Health to note that the Commissioning
Programme Leader for Older People will implement the contract with
NDTi as soon as possible following the decision being made
