In line with contract procedure rules (CPRs)
15.3 and 18, the Director of Resources & Housing accepted the
evaluation outcome and approved the award of a contract to AMP
Biomass Fuel Ltd for a period of 3 years from the 1st of February
2019 with the possibility of 2 potential 12 month extensions after
the initial term.
