The Chief Officer of Housing approved, in line
with Contract Procedure Rules 3.1.6, a competitive tender process
to procure and award a contract for the provision of Window
Cleaning in Multi Storey flats across the city (non PFI blocks
only). A contract length of three years with two twelve month
extensions is recommended at an estimated sum of £47k per
annum (with a full contract value estimated at
£235k)
