The Director of Resources and Housing:
a) Approved the decision to procure a contractor to deliver new
build council housing on Ramshead Approach, Barncroft Close, and
Scott Hall Drive through the YORbuild2 Framework (Direct Selection
Process)
b) Noted that a further report will follow seeking Director
Approval to award a Design Agreement.
