a) The Chief Officer for Environmental
Services approved the waiver of CPR 9.1 and 9.2 to allow ordering
with Cromwell Polythene Limited and Storm Environmental Limited for
a period of 13 months from 1st March 2020 to 31st March 2021 at a
total value of approximately £142K to ensure adequate
supplies for the service.
b) The Chief Officer for Environmental Services also approved the
commencement of a formal procurement exercise in the form of a call
off from the ESPO Framework 860 for the supply of refuse liners and
steel wheeled bins.
