In respect of the provision of CCTV fibre
services, the Head of Transportation approved the award of a new
contract under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contract
Regulations 2015 Negotiated Procedure without prior publication of
a Contract Notice for the provision of analogue CCTV fibre services
with British Telecommunications Plc. This agreement would be in
place for a period of up to 24 months to allow for the rollout of
the DIS full fibre programme.
