27/10/2020 - Commercial Transfer Agreement – Mill Field Primary School from Leeds City Council to the Whiterose Academies Trust
The Director of Children & Families agreed
to:
a) Note the negotuations held with Solicitors acting on behealf of
the Governing Body of Mill Field Primary School to Whitrerose
Academies Trust and
b) Give authority for the Commerical Transfer Agreement between
Leeds City Council, the Governibg Body of Mill Field Primary School
and Whiterose Academies Trust to be executed and completed to
enable Mill Field Primary to open as an academy on 1st Decemeber
2020 or such later date advised by the DfE.
