16/11/2020 - Consultancy contract for a marketing and communication service to support the National Adoption Recruitment Campaign
The Head of One Adoption West Yorkshire (OAWY)
agreed to waive contract procedure rules 8.1 and 8.2 (intermediate
value procurement) to award a consultancy contract direct to the
Jenny Caldwell in order to fulfil the role of Head of Marketing and
Commissioning for the National Adoption Recruitment Steering Group
(NARSG), to support the delivery of the National Adoption
Campaign.
The contract will commence 26 October 2020 and expire 31 March
2023, subject to continued funding. The maximum value of the
contract is £77,647.50, or £32,130 per annum.
