The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved that East Lodge Potternewton Park be
declared surplus to Council requirements and sold by way of public
auction with the reserve to be agreed by the Head of Land and
Property. In the event of a sale not being concluded then the Chief
Officer Asset Management and Regeneration further approved that the
property can be offered for sale by informal tender.
