The Director of Childrens & Families
agreed to:
a) Notes the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf of
the Governing Body of Corpus Christi Catholic College and St
Gregory the Great Catholic Academy Trust;
b) Gives authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement between
Leeds City Council, the Governing Body of Corpus Christi Catholic
College and the St Gregory the Great Catholic Academy Trust to be
executed and completed to enable Corpus Christi Catholic College to
open as an academy on 1st April 2021 or such later date advised by
the DfE.
