The Chief Officer Financial Services approved
the use of Regulation 72 (5) of the Public Contract Regulations
2015 to vary the current Banking Services contract with National
Westminster Bank Plc to extend the end date to 31st March 2022 with
a value of £140,000 under the same terms and conditions and
rates as the existing contract.
