The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation);
i) Noted the contents of the report;
ii) Considered and over-ruled the objections raised to Leeds City
Council (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restrictions) (No.25) 2014,
Amendment Order No.2 2020;
iii) Requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement Leeds
City Council (Traffic Regulation) (Waiting Restrictions) (No.25)
2014, Amendment Order No.2 2020; and
iv) Requested the City Solicitor to write to the objector informing
them of the decision taken by the Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation).
