1. Approved the acquisition of land at Redcote Lane for a
consideration of
£1 in addition to buyers fees.
2. Agreed the standard auction terms for Allsop LLP and special
terms for
acquisition of the land at Redcote Lane.
3. Subject to acceptance of the Council’s offer, authorised
Allsop LLP
to sign and exchange the contract with the vendor on the
Council’s
behalf as required in the auction terms.
