The Chief Digital and Information Officer gave approval to use
Regulation 72(1)(a)(i) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to
modify the end date of the Council’s current contract with
Sabio Ltd for the provision of Contact Centre System Support for a
further 12 months – from 1st April 2023 to 31st March
2024.
