The Chief Officer Highways and
Transportation;
i) noted the contents of the report; and
ii) approved the application for a temporary pavement licences from
premises listed in the Appendix 2, to operate a street café
on the highway, as shown on the attached unnumbered drawings, which
will expire when current restrictions and the Business and Planning
Act 2020 which are due to Government guidelines for COVID -19 are
lifted.
