The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment approved the use of a Department for Levelling Up,
Housing and Communities (DLUHC) Rough Sleeping Accommodation
Programme (RSAP5) grant to Turning Lives Around (TLA) to provide
four units of one bedroom accommodation with support for people who
have previously been rough sleeping. The grant available is for up
to £34,875 revenue and up to £204,000
capital.
