The Head of Once Adoption West Yorkshire
approved the waiver of contracts procedure rules 8.1 and 8.2
(intermediate value procurement) and award a contract to Circles
Training and Consultancy Ltd in the sum of £36k to deliver
the Restorative Leadership Development Programme
The contract shall commence on the 1st December 2017 for 6 months,
with one possible 6 month extension.
