The Director of Children & Families agreed
to:
• Note the negotiations held with Solicitors acting on behalf
of the Governing Body of Pudsey Waterloo Primary School and Pudsey
Primrose Hill Primary School and the Owlcoates MAT;
• Give authority for the Commercial Transfer Agreement to be
executed and completed to enable the Academy to open on 1st March
2018.
