19/03/2019 - Waiver of CPRs 9.1 and 9.2 to award an interim contract for the issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) in relation to environmental enforcement work
The Chief Officer for Environmental Services noted the contents of this report and approved the requests to (i) waive CPRs 9.1 and 9.2 and (ii) approve the appointment of 3GS (Red Snapper Group) for a period of up to 12 months from 8th April 2019.
