How to get more information about a particular key decision
The agenda papers for Executive Board meetings, and the documents being considered by officers taking key decisions, are available five working days before the decision will be made through the Council's website.
The contact details of a lead officer are provided for each key decision listed below. Please contact the lead officer directly if you wish to obtain copies or extracts of any other listed documents, or if you wish to receive details of further documents as they become available. Sometimes the papers you request may contain exempt of confidential information. If this is the case, the lead officer will explain why it will not be possible to make copies available.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) have informed Leeds City Council of funding being made available to LCC from the Rough Sleeping Prevention and Recovery Grant and the Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme. A Key decision will be required to receive the grant and allocate for the purposes agreed with MHCLG in a timely way.
The grant will cover revenue expenditure for a variety of interventions which will assist the city to deliver its ambitions to reduce the numbers of people who are rough sleeping and to deliver positive outcomes.
Approval is being sought to:
· accept the grant allocation from MHCLG of £2,153,577 for 2025-26
· award the grant allocation to a number of organisations to enhance the support to people who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping and/ or homelessness in Leeds

To accept circa £2.3M per annum AEB grant funding from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority for academic years 2025-26, through to 2027-28 for adult learning provision in Leeds and authority to spend and procure for subcontracted learning delivery provision to the maximum value of £1.5m per academic year. The AEB grant funding covers the administrative costs, provision delivered by internal delivery teams and subcontracted partner provision. This decision is a extension on the current agreement which is due to expire at the end of the current academic year.
