The Director of Strategy & Resources (currently acting as Interim Chief Executive) is asked to take a decision to dispose in principle of the “U1” Cherished Plate that is affixed to the official car of the Lord Mayor of Leeds. The plate is owned by Leeds City Council. Research indicates that the value of the U1 plate may be substantial and potentially may exceed the Key Decision threshold.
