Authority to call-off works from an existing framework for the retro-fitting of Automatic Sprinkler Systems to a further 19 housing high-rise blocks

The Director of Resources and Housing is requested to approve a call-off from the council’s existing single-supplier framework contract with Armstrong Priestley for approx. £3.12m of specialist works to retro-fit Automatic Sprinkler Systems to housing high rise blocks.

The contractor will work for and with Leeds Building Services to undertake works to 16 blocks, over a period of three years from spring 2020.
