To accept a grant offer from the government’s Green Homes Grant and enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with government.  This MoU commits the council to improve some of the least energy efficient properties across all tenures, with a total expenditure of over £500k, which must be delivered between October 2020 and March 2021.
