Approval needed to undertake procurement of up to 10 specialist contractors to support LBS with External Works which will include Tarmac, Groundworks, Brickworks, Fencing and External Adaptations to Leeds City Council domestic occupied and unoccupied (voids), and commercial properties.
The contract will be split into multiple lots in line with LBS Responsive Repairs management area, and an additional lot for external adaptations within the west of the city.
The contract will be let for 4 years plus 4 x 12months possible extension
