Design and Cost Report for the City Wide District Heating Network

The citywide district heating network (Leeds Pipes) has been constructed across the city centre over the last few years with both phase 1 and phase 2 having been completed. The complex construction of the network has meant that additional capital expenditure is required. Therefore authority to spend and authority to inject additional capital into the network is required.

The Executive Member for Climate Change, Transport and Sustainable Development will be briefed as part of regular briefing meetings.
